Mise-en-scene blog tasks

1) Find a distinctive still image and write an analysis of the mise-en-scene. Use each of the aspects you've learned in the lesson.





C - Head wear which signifies a way of death row 
L - Dark background but light focused on character 
A - Character is in the centre of the image 
M - Low amount of tears and potentially some of sweat 
P - Head wear which is worn for death .row 
S - Unknown setting but presented as a bad area due to the display of darkness 



2) Find TWO film or TV extracts on YouTube from different genres (e.g. horror, sci-fi, costume drama). Embed them in your blogpost and write a comparison of the mise-en-scene in each.

In the first scene there is dark lighting and it is inside compared to the other scene which is shot outside .They both have a key focus on two characters .In the first scene the characters both have sports like outfits due to them boxing compared to the second scene having the characters in ordinary outfits .
