Sound video feedback and learner response

 1) Type up your feedback from your teacher.

. This meets the brief really well - great opening shot , music selection works well both parallel and contrapuntal

. The Mr Bean images got a reaction from me and the class to show the contrapuntal section works . However , the video section in the middle of that part was less clear . Perhaps video clips would have worked better in this section .

2) Type up your feedback from fellow students - you can summarise key points if several students give you similar feedback.

WWW:

. good music choice / music on beat with clips

. smooth editing with a good choice of parallel clips

. Contrapuntal images added comedy and were random

EBI :

.Unexpected pictures

.Confusing scenes / certain clips were too long

3) Now reflect on your work and write your own evaluation of your video. Write a 'What went well' (WWW) paragraph and a paragraph for 'Even Better If' (EBI) underneath the rest of your feedback.

WWW :
A nice introduction combined with compelling beats that smoothly matched the audio , the wide variety of understood clips matched the ideology for the brief . A good difference in the contrapuntal clips which opposed the soundtrack .

EBI :
The use of pictures for the contrapuntal section seemed to have caused some awkwardness within the instant switch of genres .

4) Learner response: compare your own video against your evaluation of the top three videos in the class. Whose did you think was best and why? How could you have improved your own video?

I think cassius had the best video as the music was very fitted to the first section and the contrapuntal section opposed the sound also the high action clips produced excitement .

5) Finally, what have you learned about the importance of sound to film and TV through this week's work?

I have learned that the use of sound is highly importance to every film and TV clip and could easily change the effect of the and emotion of a clip very easily .
